In this pivotal role, you will lead our medical affairs initiatives focused on dairy cow health, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scientific excellence and support our animal health initiatives to create value for animals, their owners and healthcare professionals.Dev elop and implement medical affairs strategies for dairy cow health offerSup port a network of international medical affairs professionals, providing guidance and mentorshipPro vide expert medical and scientific advice to internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure scientific accuracy in offer creation and communications, from customer needs to value demonstrationCon tribute to the development of strategic plans for new product launches and lifecycle management of existing offer in the dairy cow health portfolioDev elop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions and research organisations to to gather insights and foster collaborative research opportunitiesLea d and coordinate post-marketing clinical trials related to dairy cow health, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and scientific rigourAna lyse and interpret scientific data to support product development and marketing efforts (demonstrate Value)Cre ate and review medical content for educational materials, publications, and presentationsEns ure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all medical affairs activitiesSta y current with the latest developments in dairy cow health and veterinary medicineEns ure the management and planning of its activity, compliance with budgets, drafting and/or application of proceduresQua lificationsDoc tor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Ph.D. in Animal Science or related fieldMin imum of 5 years' experience in veterinary medicine or animal health industryStr ong background in dairy cow health and managementCus tomer-centric mindsetExc ellent communication and presentation skillsPro ficiency in project management and data analysisAdv anced scientific writing abilitiesIn- depth knowledge of animal health regulations and compliance requirementsExp erience in engaging with key opinion leaders and veterinary professionalsDem onstrated ability to translate complex scientific information for various audiences to make it useful and usedFlu ency in English; knowledge of French is a plusWil lingness to travel as required for conferences and client or affiliate meetingsAdd itional InformationMea l vouchers (1 per full day worked),Mobility/travel assistance (Visale scheme, support in finding accommodation, internal carpooling system, 50% reimbursement of expenses related to public transport),2 days home office per weekWork counsil,Profit-sharing/participation company savings plan,Mutual insurance (not compulsory)/providence,RTT,Events/actions promoting well-being at work.
