Collection Manager

Tinexta is looking for a Collection Manager for its French subsidiary. Main responsibilities Monitoring and optimising account receivable Monitor account receivable, reduce DSO, in a B2B environment. Optimise process and delay of collection. Reporting Report to the Treasury manager on the situation of overdue customers and collection indicators. Provide timely reporting and indicators to the management. Managing disputes Analyze customer account to identify risks and delays. Proposition appropriate solutions. Reduce outstanding receivables. Work with internal team to resolve customer disputes and remove payment problem. Lead monthly meetings with the account managers. With the Treasury Manager, you help to ensure exchange with internal departments, you will act as a link with internal team and external providers for the monitoring and assigned dossiers. Manage the relationship with the lawyers for outstandings receivables and to negotiate credit repayment plan Requirements 2/3 years higher education in management, accounting or finance Recognised experience as a Collection Manager in a B2B environment, preference in a consultancy or services sector. Solid knowledge of receivables management and technical collection. Knowledge of SAP and Excel Fluent in French and good knowledge of English; Italian will be considered a plus Rigorous, self-reliant and have real interpersonal skills to establish a relationship of trust with customers. Adaptability et proactivity: able to work on a challenging environment with tight deadlines and able to make suggestions for improving process.
