Responsibilities: Deliver measurable outcomes, proactively managing risks, and continuously refining processes to ensure exceptional engineering delivery. Shape and drive the strategic engineering directionadopting innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, representing the engineering discipline to clients and aligning technical solutions with business goals. Implement governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, quality, and best practices across all engineering engagements. Build and nurture a strong, inclusive engineering community, hosting forums, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events. Champion capability development, mentoring engineers, addressing skill gaps, and setting standards for onboarding and continuous learning. Requirements: Proven track record in leading engineering teams and shaping technical strategy at scale. Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, DevOps principles, and Agile methodologies. Experience fostering collaborative engineering communities, driving professional growth, and maintaining high standards. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, confidently representing technical solutions and demonstrating thought leadership.
