Senior Manager - Technology Strategy & Performance (SC Cleared)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption & Digital Architecture/Transformations, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow (providing a hybrid working model a 1 day in the office/4 days remote p/w - can be 2-3 days on an ad hoc basis). Clients include Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors. They are looking for a Senior Manager - (IT) Technology Strategy & Performance Consultant to join a rapidly growly team, currently at 14 but will be looking to grow to 70 by the end of the year, working across multiple end-to-end digital transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail and Energy sectors. Primary responsibilities: Defining inventive technology strategies and transformation roadmaps that enable business ambitions and establishing the right initiatives, capabilities and processes to sustain a competitive advantage. Designing and implementing future-proof IT operating models that deliver impactful technology strategies and enable business agility and future innovation, covering all aspects of people, processes, and technology. Developing frameworks for understanding and managing the total cost of ownership of technology solutions. This includes providing cost transparency, identifying value drivers and cost optimisation opportunities. Performing technology due diligence, integration planning, risk mitigation and synergy identification for M&A transactions and the delivery of large-scale post-merger integration/ carve-out programs. Primary skills & experience required: Must possess or be eligible for SC (Security Check) Clearance Must be eligible for SC clearance Proven track record in creating and presenting complex/large scale Technology Strategies/Roadmaps (preference for Cloud/DevOps, Digital transformations and Data & AI but equally not a must) Experience managing and delivering post-IT M&A's Proven track record in successful Presales & Sales deliverables, including Bid's, RFP's, Demos and Presentations Proven track record creating Value Proposition & Cost Management programmes Proven track record in managing teams or mentoring junior team members
