My client are looking for an experienced and team-oriented professional to take on a varied caseload within the corporate department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most respected teams in the Warwickshire / Coventry area and play a key role in the future of the firms growth plans. The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of: Business and company acquisitions and disposals Company restructuring and reorganisation Shareholder issues IP advice Advising on finances and banking Contract negotiations and drafting Terms and Conditions Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience Flexible working options on offer - part time hours may be discussed
