Customer Success Manager

Our client are an International SAAS business they are seeking a sales oriented customer success manager that will own relationships with a pool of existing accounts. The role will be responsible for working with accounts and their internal team to drive and close additional revenue opportunities. This role will suit someone who enjoys selling but also has soft skills in terms of garnering information and building relationships and can deliver upgrade revenue, extension revenue or services revenue. The person will require a keen eye for a deal and will have worked in the software/saas market.
