About the Mortgage Administrator Role As a Commercial Mortgage Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the mortgage brokers within the brokerage. Your work will ensure the smooth progression of commercial mortgage cases, allowing brokers to focus on advising clients and securing the best deals. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for administrative excellence in the fast-paced world of commercial mortgages. Key Responsibilities Handling all administrative tasks related to mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Supporting brokers, preparing and submitting documents required for commercial mortgage cases. Liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and case progression. Managing multiple cases simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and updates. Conducting thorough checks on application documents to ensure they meet regulatory and lender requirements. Providing brokers with updates on case statuses and assisting with any queries. The Mortgage Administrator Package Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum. Skills and Experience Required Experience in mortgage administration within a brokerage environment. A solid understanding of commercial mortgages preferred.
