Job Description

Corporate Account Executive We are looking for a Corporate Communications Account Executive to work in our Corporate & Consumer division. Our Corporate clients include property asset managers, consultancies, developers, designers, engineers, investors and landowners giving you the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting development projects in the country on behalf of market leading businesses. You would play an important role in supporting clients to navigate market change and handling communication strategies to support business growth and success. Our Account Executives are our eyes and ears on market trends and analysis, and the ideal candidate would be fully emersed in the news agenda and the local and macro geo-political and social trends influencing the built environment. About the role Assist Account Managers to secure media coverage in our clients’ target titles – this includes property trades, regional and national publications. Draft communications materials for client teams. This will include press notices, stakeholder lists, website content, event programmes, key messages and Q&As. A strong grasp of the property sector, or an eagerness to learn, to support the team with content ideation. Be the ‘eyes and ears’ for your account teams. Monitoring press and social media accounts, compiling reports (where needed) and flagging intelligence to clients. About you At least one year’s experience in B2B PR, preferably in real estate either in-house or agency Have a keen interest in the drivers shaping the UK’s built environment and the property sector including social, economic and political trends An analytical mind with the ability to dig beneath the surface on the subjects that matter to our clients. An understanding of what makes an interesting news story or opinion piece. Experience of media relations, including pitching to journalists, drafting media releases, and managing interviews with a growing network across the property and business press. Excellent writing skills and familiar with writing in variety of styles and for different audiences e.g. preparing press releases, key messages, proposal documents, speeches or media briefings. Confident dealing with senior individuals, from journalists, to clients and stakeholders. Excellent organisational abilities – able to stay on top of a complex workload without ‘letting any balls drop’, manage that work and the wider team, and know when to bring in Directors and other team members.
