Private Equity Associate

Our client, a global asset management firm specializing in private equity and clean energy, infrastructure investments, is looking for an Associate to join their dynamic team in their London office. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for private equity and renewable energy opportunities. Lead and support due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and market assessments for infrastructure projects. Assist in structuring and executing investment transactions, including negotiation and coordination with external stakeholders. Track and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio investments, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Conduct research on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in private equity and clean energy sectors. Requirements 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investments. Strong knowledge of infrastructure investments, particularly in renewable energy or clean energy projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to manage complex transactions efficiently.
