Job Title: ESG Analyst – Insurance Location: London, United Kingdom Salary: £35,000–£45,000 I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of my client, a leading global specialty insurer and reinsurer. They are looking for a passionate ESG Analyst to join their London-based team and contribute to their commitment to sustainable business practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in ESG or sustainability to make an impact within the insurance industry. The role involves supporting the development and execution of ESG strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders, and helping to ensure compliance with evolving sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the company’s ESG initiatives and policies. Support the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring they meet industry regulations and standards. Collaborate with teams across underwriting, risk, and compliance to integrate sustainability into business practices. Research and analyse ESG trends and best practices to inform strategy development. Engage with external stakeholders, such as clients and regulators, on ESG-related matters. Track and report on progress against sustainability targets, offering actionable insights. What We’re Looking For: A background in ESG, sustainability, or a related field, ideally within insurance, finance, or professional services. Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, such as TCFD, SASB, or UN PRI. Analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders. A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for sustainability and responsible business practices.
