As the first designer of this kind in the team, you’ll be setting the standard for motion and interaction design across their various platforms. You’ll be collaborating, experimenting and innovating here. Your day-to-day will include: Defining principles, guidelines, and documentation for motion and interaction design within the UI Kit. Conceptualising new animations through sketches, storyboards, and prototypes. Delivering motion and interaction designs that enhance key product experiences. Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of motion designs. Partnering with the Brand team to integrate compelling UI motion experiences. Advocating for accessibility and ensure the designs are inclusive and user-focused. Who are they looking for? You’ve got experience of owning Motion Design within a company and you’re confident adding to design systems/UI toolkits. You have a solid portfolio that showcases your UI skills and motion design work. You find it easy to collaborate – you’ll be partnering with product, brand and engineering here You’ve got strong experience of working in product teams, and have created interactions for user journeys in products. You’re a strong communicator, comfortably able to demonstrate the value of your design work – stakeholder influencing is super important here. You have awareness of accessibility needs and how to incorporate this into your designs. You’re proficient in tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Please note that this client is not looking for a pure Motion Designer, or a pure UI Designer here - it's a hybrid role requiring someone with strong skillsets in both. Salary : Up to £80,000 WFH policy: Tuesdays and Thursdays in office If you’re eager to make an impact in an organisation that truly embraces challenges and growth, then apply today with your CV and portfolio – if it looks like you could be a strong fit, we’ll be in touch to have an initial chat.
