Role Overview: The Senior Energy Claims Adjuster will play a pivotal role in managing and adjusting a diverse portfolio of first-party energy claims with an international focus, including a significant portion of US-based claims. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a highly collaborative team, consisting of three seasoned professionals, while also engaging with the wider business. Key Responsibilities: Adjustment, settlement and management of claims arising on a follow and lead basis Management of claims and outstanding resolutions in line with the relevant regulatory authorities Contribute to enhancements and modifications to claims processes and systems to generate sustained improvements within the department Manage service provider effectiveness including lawyers, loss adjusters, expert advisors, auditors, TPAs Management of Broker and Client relations to ensure proactive communication and the delivery of service satisfaction To apply, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of working on large and/or complex energy claims within the London Market, be comfortable leading on market meetings, and a desire to grow your career with an exceptional team.
