Grow with us SRUC is at an exciting stage of its journey and seeks to appoint experienced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial recruitment and partnership development professionals to further develop our presence and student recruitment activity across the Rest of the UK (RUK) region. SRUC are global leaders in land-based research, teaching, and consultancy and are investing in new posts to help deliver our mission across the UK and beyond. The Recruitment and Partnership Officer will play an integral role in developing new commercial partnerships across the UK and internationally as well as identifying and supporting prospective students for study across SRUC's Scottish campuses. This role will be remotely based with regular travel within a specified region expected. Travel to SRUC's campuses, and the potential for limited international travel, are also expected in this role. About the opportunity: The purpose of this post is to support the Recruitment and Partnerships Manager in the successful delivery of targeted student recruitment and business development activities from the Rest of UK (RUK) region and internationally. The postholder will work closely with other members of the RUK team and SRUC campus-based colleagues, ensuring that SRUC's portfolio of programmes and services are promoted effectively and professionally across the RUK region and beyond. Recruitment and Partnership Officers will lead the outreach and engagement across their geographical area ensuring that student recruitment and partner development targets are met in line with expectations. The role will be varied, and the postholder will have direct input into the development and management of a strategy for their region, updating and refining activities to maximise opportunities on an ongoing basis throughout the cycle. Minimum qualifications and experience: The successful candidate will be educated to SCQF Level 9 (Degree level) or above in related discipline and possess proven experience in a similar role.
