Job Description

We are looking for a UX Designer with Service Design skills to join our TEC Team (TeamSystem Experience Center). The resource will be inserted in a team composed of product designers, researchers, design system designers and organizational designers; he/she will have the opportunity to develop his/her path under the supervision and support of a Design Lead. What you will do: Design concepts, prototypes of various kinds and carry out acceptability and usability tests for your specific division; Work in a growing team, contributing your skills and experience to its growth; Translate data and information derived from research into evidence and insights to be applied to products, designing the end-to-end experience, considering the entire service with the different touch points; Translate business requirements into human-centered design choices; Define information architecture and Objective Oriented UX of digital products; Work closely with head of design, designers and researchers, collaborating and building a good relationship with stakeholders and product team members such as PO, Scrum master, developers and analysts, marketing people, customer support, etc.; Actively cooperate in the product vision as a UX/Service designer (gathering requirements, drafting flows, scenarios, wireframes), perform benchmarking, trend analysis, heuristic evaluations, etc.; Organize and facilitate workshops and other research activities, creating UX strategy presentations on the projects where you are allocated; Use Service Design techniques and methodologies to support the product team; Contribute to the dissemination of human-centered culture in the company. Who are we looking for? What sets you apart are your autonomy and proactivity; You have the ability to lead an iterative, collaborative, and results-oriented design process; You have a problem-solving attitude, you know how to identify inefficiencies and find solutions to resolve them and you are able to negotiate effectively with stakeholders; You have at least 2-3 years of experience in designing digital products (not only websites, but also web or native applications) in companies/agencies with consolidated design processes; You have the ability to make intentional design choices and clearly communicate the rationale for your choices; You have experience with collaboration tools like Miro and have a good knowledge of Figma; You’ve already built mockups and prototypes using a design system; You have worked in product teams with full ownership of design activities, facilitating sessions and workshops; You have the ability to receive and process feedback from stakeholders and your reference team; Flexibility is in your DNA: not only in the way you work but also when you travel. The following will be considered preferential qualifications: Obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Design and Communication or related fields. Familiarity with Agile methodology and sprint work. Excellent knowledge of English. Soft skills: ENTREPRENEURSHIP: We aim for excellence, the achievement of results and the growth of the company.
