Job Title: Java Developer (Senior) We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to understand business requirements, propose solutions, execute changes, interact with consultants, conduct tests, prepare documentation, plan go-live milestones, provide user training, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with clients. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, UI frameworks, SQL, Maven, and AWM. Experience in the Information Technology industry and vertical markets is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities: Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents Proactively propose solutions to improve business processes Executing required changes through configuration Interact with consultants for Integration requirements Preparing test data and documentation, Conducting tests Preparing User manuals and conducting training Planning milestones, migration, cutover, and Go-Live Support troubleshooting and resolving Production Support tickets User interface transactional solutions Update and maintain documentation Execution according to the Agile Methodology Ensure availability to work on weekends and public holidays when required Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain
