National Consignment Stock Controller

Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement; Qualifications in Logistics / Supply Chain or Finance will secure Medical Device / Equipment industry is advantageous Above average Excel skills are required Must have data handling experience within a stock environment Duties You will review and sign off on consignment & boot inventory reconciliations Follow up and resolve consignment / short-term / kit / boot inventory discrepancies Liaise with consignment controllers nationally to ensure counts and reconciliations are performed timeously Ensure slow moving inventory is rotated Ensure expired inventory is uplifted from consignment bins Liaise with Sale Representatives to obtain orders for missing inventory Update and maintain missing inventory records Update and maintain consignment count records Assisting with demo, sample, and expired stock to comply with Regulatory requirement. Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory A-Hoc duties as and when required Experience in Consignment Stock Management would be an advantage Inventory experience within the Medical Device Industry will be advantageous Experience in ERP would be an advantage Analytical skills and management experience Skilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirement SQL & Microsoft ODBC would be an advantage; Analytical thinker
