Senior Business Analyst - 6 months - Manufacturing

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes within our manufacturing environment. You will work closely with various departments to gather insights, develop strategies, and implement improvements that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of production. Your expertise in business analysis and process optimization will play a key role in achieving our strategic goals. As a Business Analyst you will have the following responsibilities: Analyze and improve business processes within manufacturing and production; Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes and proactively propose solutions; Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making; Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management and operational teams; Act as a liaison between technical teams, production teams, and senior management; Lead the implementation of process improvements and monitor progress; Facilitate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders; Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely, high-quality reports. As a Business Analyst you have the following attributes: At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing or production environment; Proven experience with ERP systems and other manufacturing software; Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis; Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken) – Essential for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders; Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse projects; Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner; Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently; This job requires travelling to foreign countries- 50%/50%.
