The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Solutions & Delivery to join our senior leadership team in France. In this role you will be responsible for leading our Solutions business. You will support business planning activities, provide creative direction for new business initiatives, and design strategic and operational plans. You will lead, coach, and develop a team, ensuring the successful delivery of our regional Services Delivery Management strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop your team through career planning and development. Develop and execute business plans to ensure successful strategy delivery within budget and timescales. Evaluate the business portfolio and determine the appropriate range of markets and activities. Manage and resolve client escalations at the C-level. Be an active participant in the senior leadership team and chair the in-country Solutions operations board. What We Are Looking For: Substantial experience in leading a Solutions business or large-scale complex projects in an international environment. High level of strategic awareness and ability to advise on policy and strategy. Consulting Practice Expertise and Pre-Sales & Consulting Delivery experience. Extensive people management experience.
