Job Description

Delivery PMO Lead will work with the key Business, Product and Engineering leads across the delivery to ensure control of scope, schedule, budget and quality. They will be the primary interface for the PMO function and ensure interdependencies, risks and issues are defined and managed collaboratively. Hybrid – monthly visits in London if needed, but predominantly remote Start – ASAP Duration – 4 months Responsibilities Providing program structure, detailed plans and all governance, programme stakeholders, senior steering groups and programme working groups. Support with the creation of programme budgets, management, and reporting of programme financials. Controlling overall project budget, develop & maintain project scope, deliverables and change control processes. Ensure clear ownership, maintenance, and reporting of plans and KPI's in place. Establish and lead the RAID Management process. Ensure clear ownership and reporting of programme status to SteerCo and other governing bodies. Qualifications Highly experienced Delivery PMO Lead who has managed PMO on large scale complex programmes Significant experience in the management of projects and/or programmes of increasing complexity Programme Management, Project Planning & Control, Project Risk Management, & Budgetary control 3 years of experience in a consulting company Ability to manage through systems & execute strategy Strong experience in managing key stakeholders
