You’ll have a deep understanding of microservices, mobile platforms, infrastructure, APIs, and databases. You won't just oversee projects—you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of building, testing, and running them. You will function as both a people manager and contributor to software engineering and best practice - 10-20% of your time will be spent in system design work Your Profile Strong proven background in software engineer - ideally Java, Vue, Kotlin or React Experience as an Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer - managing team performance and setting direction.
