As a (Junior) Customer Success Manager (all genders) , you are an essential part of an experienced team that is responsible for accompanying exciting projects and getting our product onto the parking lots. Your new role With your expertise in stakeholder management and implementation, you will strengthen our position as a market leader while achieving new successes together with our excellent team as (Junior) Customer Success Manager (all genders) . You will analyse the parking processes and organisational structures of our new customers and advise them on how to make the best use of our state-of-the-art parking management software. What to expect Enablement : Developing our new customers into experts for our product and advising them on the best possible use of Wemolo. Onboarding : Structured support for the implementation of Parkdepot through emails, phone calls and web demos. Customer support : Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on parking processes with Parkdepot. Proactive stakeholder management : Collaboration with internal departments and customers to ensure a successful project process. Process optimisation : Continuous optimisation of our processes by automating individual work steps. Inspire us by Background & Experience : You have a degree in economics, social or natural sciences or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained some experience in B2B customer service (customer success, account management, implementation, etc.). Think out of the box : You work independently and autonomously and impress with your proactivity and solution-oriented thinking. What sets you apart : Analytical thinking as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengths. Tools : Confident handling of G-Suite and ideally initial experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.). Language skills & mobility : You speak Italian at a native speaker level as well as business fluent English.
