Key Responsibilities Good technical ability Ability to manage and motivate teams Good communication skills - written and verbal Planning and Coordination skills Must have knowledge of Quality management systems such as ISO 9001 Must have knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such TPM, Six Sigma and WCM Performance management skills Must be willing to work shifts, overtime and do standby duty from time-to-time Must be willing to train other employees Valid code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport Qualification and Experience A Diploma / N6 Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering Minimum of 4 years experience in a bottling plant. At least 3 years must be post qualification with relevant production experience 3 years as a Packaging Team Leader
