ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Supports multiple Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products up to Domain level Gives structure to product Travel meetings, leads and facilitates the teams Agile way of working. This includes facilitating meetings with Domain Owner, decision making and conflict resolution. SAP Module Configuration. Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple locations. Analyse and solve SAP Concur Module issues Conduct SAP Module process configuration Update and maintain all SAP Concur Module YPA and functional documentation Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes Development documentation Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: Previous exposure to Finance Function and leadership role Ability to manage technical teams Experience working on international projects or assignments AWM and YPA product documentation including updates QUALIFICATIONS : IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / 7 years leadership experience
