Duties: Invoice processing Payment management Reconciliations Vendor relationship management Process improvement Employee expense claims Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records Conduct analytical reviews and provide insights to management Assist with year-end audits Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Over 5 years of experience in accounts payable Expertise in foreign currency transactions Familiarity with group structures and consolidations; experience with group entities and foreign subsidiaries is a plus Proficient in accounting software, including Sage 300
