Investment Manager / Vice President

The Role: As an Investment Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, executing, and managing infrastructure investments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to deliver value and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of infrastructure investments, from deal origination to closing, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation. Manage and coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors. Develop and review detailed financial models, valuations, and business plans for potential and existing investments. Prepare and deliver presentations to the investment committee and senior leadership. Oversee the performance and management of portfolio assets, implementing strategies to enhance value creation. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, advisors, and partners. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities to support investment decision-making. Your Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous. 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure-focused roles, ideally involving large-scale transactions. Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively. Proven track record of leading transaction processes and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, French not required but advantageous.
