Privacy Analyst

As a Privacy Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers' trust and supporting the implementation of privacy best practices across all regions. Reporting to the Group Privacy Manager, this dynamic role involves assessing privacy risks, supporting governance efforts, and driving awareness of data protection principles within the organization. Your tasks Privacy by Design: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to embed privacy-by-design principles into business processes and projects. Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) in compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitoring changes in privacy regulations and assessing their impact on business operations. Training and awareness: Developing and delivering engaging training programs to promote data protection awareness among employees. Individual rights and incident management: Coordinating responses to Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and assisting in managing data breach incidents. Governance: Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the organization. Your profile Education: Master’s degree in Law, Information Security, or a related field. A privacy-related certification (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPP/A) is a strong advantage. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, or related fields. Experience in an international organization is a plus. Skills: Fluency in English (our primary working language) is mandatory. Additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese) are an asset. Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations and frameworks, particularly GDPR. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex privacy topics to non-experts. Proficiency in using privacy management software and tools.
