We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. We are looking for a motivated and talented intern to join our team and assist in office management tasks as well as support our HR & finance department. Key skills: reactive, dynamic and rigorous, team player, organized. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, that will include, but are not limited to: Human Ressources Administrative management: Carry out day-to-day administrative activities in the field of human resources; benefits, insurance, meal vouchers, health insurance, IT supplies, expense accounts, etc Manage the payroll and package for employees and monitor our consultants' timesheets and ensure they are approved In/Outgoing management: prepare incoming and outgoing documents, prepare materials, receive materials Impulse a corporate spirit by being available to employees and address requests of different types. Be kind, helpful and willing to help each other. Assist Managing Partner when needed. Admin / Finance Process mail and invoices; follow invoices payments, send and track reminders. Perform day-to-day accounting and financial activities Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Collaborate with the external accountant responsible for the VAT and monthly closing processes. Manage mailboxes and provide general administrative support throughout the team Update database (merge duplicate accounts, verify data accuracy, etc.) Assist with various administrative tasks as required. Help maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial and administrative documents. Office Management Ensure office efficiency and manage contacts with all office-related suppliers Manage office purchases and mailings Oversee office maintenance, ensuring that supplies and equipment are well stocked and ready for use Support the organization of company events (drinks, conferences, training, etc.) How do we imagine our future colleague? Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills You have a good knowledge of Office365 (Excel, Word, etc.) You are a good team player with a dynamic personality Respect for confidentiality is an essential value for you. Proactive in following up and completing tasks quickly Administratively versatile with a disciplined approach to work Knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices would be a great asset. Sociable and people-oriented strong verbal and communication skills and sense of service and community Able to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in French and English You have a valid driver's license (mandatory).
