About the Company We are looking for a Global Pre-Sales EMEA in Paris eager to contribute to our success. You will intervene during the sales lifecycle in support with our Sales Teams and Product Owners for all worldwide scope. You will work closely with the Sales team and play a key role throughout the sales process by ensuring one of the first interface with prospects and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional to join and add value to a dedicated and highly motivated team About the Role You will: Be owner in the Business Requirement Definition (New Deal, Up Sell) Understand and closely analyze the prospect's requirements and business challenges Write the BRD: Business Requirement Definition (New Deal, Up Sell) Check and lead qualification of the prospect's requirements Preparation of the ballpark to prepare a customer proposal Be instrumental in the Deal support Demonstrate Horizon Software solutions to prospects, both onsite and remotely that precisely meets the needs of the prospect Take part in sales meetings along with technical team, gathering and understanding client's needs, providing technical and functional answers, presenting, and advocating the appropriate solution Gather client's feedback following the demonstration through a client survey(form), ensure the follow-up after demonstration (additional Q&A, specific requirement) Work closely with the Product Owners to ensure the second step of demos leading to more detailed demonstration and qualification of the clients' projects and specifications Provide market feedback to product owners and head of Client Services Solution that can be used to influence or provide feedback on product roadmap items Attend and demonstrate Horizon Software solutions at webinars and field events, such as conferences and trade shows Maintenance of the demonstration's environment Ensure the functional configuration of the demonstration regarding solution's evolution and current and futures features and client's request Realize algos to support the demos Hosting, monitoring and maintaining the demonstration environment, based on a portfolio of demonstration features Qualifications You have: 2 years of experience with trading technology solutions: vendor or bank with a track record of successful pre-sales engagements or solution implementations Functional knowledge in: front office trading workflows, Derivatives products / cross assets, Agency Ability to perform technical demonstrations, and to identify and understand customer needs Objection handling and negotiation, Lead qualification and follow-up Presentation and Communication (oral/written) skills on various geographies/desks/personas Customer minded and at ease in fast-paced and high-pressure environments Experience with APIs, integrations, and trading system configurations Knowledge of hosting/infra is a , or Familiarity with scripting or programming languages is a (Java/scala) Equal Opportunity Statement Horizon is an equal opportunity employer.
