Service Desk Analyst – Private Equity – London Are you interested in reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery? Do you want to be part of a growing private equity firm? Join this global private equity firm’s IT team, where you’ll support users across all areas of the business. As part of a small team responsible for handling all IT issues, you'll gain broad exposure and be a go-to IT generalist. You'll likely have experience across multiple technology environments, ideally with international exposure. Proficiency in Windows, O365, Intune, and Active Directory is expected. This role may suit someone in the second or third position of their career, with the skills to handle a range of 1st to 3rd line issues. While financial services experience is beneficial, it’s not essential. This is a fully on-site role with no hybrid or remote work options.
