Senior Procurement Manager

Procurement Leader working within an industry-leading £multi-billion revenue Construction organistion. Based in London with a hybrid working model. Salary ranges between £85,000 - £95,000 extensive benefits package inc. Bonus This industry-leading and well-known Construction organisation is about to undergo a large transformation journey and is therefore looking to grow its procurement team. This position will involve continuous improvement and change management activities across the end-to-end procurement function and commercial processes to ensure the function is best practice and fit for purpose prior to the delivery of £billion procurement projects across the infrastructure and major capital works space. Within this pivotal position you will be a key stakeholder in revitalising end-to-end procurement and commercial processes to ensure they are best practice coupled with effectively managing a team to ensure efficient procurement project delivery of high-value and complex infrastructure projects, with continuous utilisation of New Engineering Contracts. The size and structure of this organisation coupled with the extensive scope of this role, provides you with daily development opportunities as well as a direct progression route to Head of Procurement level.
