Senior Operations Analyst (no recs) - Major Hedge Fund – up to £175k total comp

My client are a highly respected hedge fund, with one of the strongest non-investment teams in London incredible offices / a positive working culture, The firm have grown significantly over the past few years and run a very flat, open structure. Our client are looking for a senior operations analyst who has strong experience within the hedge fund space - the hire should have proven ability to mentor/train junior members, maintain client relationships, lead important projects, and manage the trade life cycle (though core BAU tasks such as reconciliations and settlements are outsourced) . The role has high visibility, dealing with risk, treasury and front office teams daily. The right candidate would need to have proven project skills and have the ability to use more advanced tech such as SQL or Python. The role is targeted to pay a total comp of £125-175k, alongside a market leading benefits package. Candidates will either be allowed to collect their bonuses which are due or be paid a significant sign on bonus to join.
