Job Description

As an Implementation Intern at Inpart, you will support the Customer Service and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth setup and successful onboarding experience for our clients. Under the guidance of an experienced Implementation Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience with SaaS deployment projects, helping clients unlock the potential of Inpart’s platform. You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in project management, client communication, and data analysis while working closely with different teams and learning best practices in the industry. Benefits : 660€/months 50% monthly public tranportation cost reimbursed Meal voucher Localisation: Lyon Responsibilities : Assist in creating project timelines and task lists to ensure project progress and success. Participate in workshops and virtual sessions to gather, document, and understand client needs. Help update and configure the Inpart platform based on client requirements, gaining insights into data integration and migration. Work extensively with Excel to process legacy CRM data, handling large data sets with up to 20-30 columns and 20,000 rows. Filter, clean, and organize legacy CRM data in Excel to ensure accurate data migration and integration into the Inpart platform. Monitor onboarding milestones, identifying and helping resolve any issues to keep projects on track. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to define client needs and help tailor post-go-live support. Work with the Product Management team to understand the platform’s functionalities and assist with feature updates. Provide general support to clients and the Implementation team to enhance customer satisfaction and software adoption. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Data & Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Interest in learning how to drive change across teams and engage key stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and clean large data set using various tools and functions such as lookup, index-match, pivot table, etc. Good communication and presentation skills; able to interact comfortably with clients and team members. Proficient in English. Curious about technology and eager to learn about SaaS and Enterprise-level B2B solutions. Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Additional considerations : Exposure to XML and/or JSON or experience in the life sciences or biopharma industry is a plus but not required.
