Additionally, you have the opportunity to collaborate with prominent figures in the photovoltaic sector, including project developers, leading investment firms, and global banks. Within the company’s engineering team, you interact with the main renewable energy actors. You work on Energy Production Assessments, Technical Due Diligence reviews, as well as Consulting & Audit services in the rapidly growing solar market. Through audits and bankability studies, you analyse solar assets that range from PV projects and portfolios to solar development companies and components manufacturers. You will also provide consultancy services, such as market projections. In so doing, you bring your significant contribution to the global energy transition by using your technical and economic expertise in the development of solar photovoltaics (PV) projects. Join us to be part of this exciting adventure Job description Manage independent engineering and technical advisory for financing and Merger & Acquisition transactions Analyse technical and economic as well as financial aspects of a transaction (e.g financial budget & business plan review) Perform technical due diligence reviews (contracts and design reviews, key component bankability, Maintenance & Reserve Account assessments, risks assessments….) for top-tier lenders and PV developers, worldwide Supported by our solid scientific team, produce high-quality work on disruptive technologies (agrivoltaics, floating PV, storage, smart grid… ) for the PV market Evaluate the performance and yield of PV projects at plant or portfolio level Participate in studies and reports based on customers’ needs Develop an acute understanding of innovative PV technologies, systems and markets worldwide Requirements Ideally, you have just finished a Master's or equivalent and you are looking for your future position. You like customer relations? We know how to accompany you in the undertaking of this position and your professional journey. You do not know about photovoltaic solar energy yet? Curious by nature, you wish to take the challenge of this new technology. We are looking for a candidate with the following hard skills: Master’s degree in Energy, General Engineering, or Business school Proficiency in the use of IT tools Good oral and written communication skills both in English and French Mandatory enthusiasm and curiosity for scientific and technical subjects Team-working and collaboration ability On top of that, we are looking for a candidate with the following soft skills: Time management, good organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks to reach project goals Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality and accurate work Critical thinking to solve problems, formulate inferences, and make decisions You are expected to keep up with the state-of-the-art and take an active part in team-building and brainstorming sessions in order to develop innovative solutions and participate in kiloWattsol’s growth Stay attuned to unexpressed customer’s needs during the working process.
