Its Technical Due Diligence format is accredited by the European leaders with regard to structured finance. About the Role - The Senior Auditor is key to providing top-level strategic consultancy, exploratory market analysis and bespoke innovative solutions for our clients. In-depth technical experience in photovoltaics, the ability to lead autonomous investigations, along with the capability to provide analysis of high added value on disruptive technologies and PV market trends are expected. Responsibilities Due Diligence Management: Lead due diligence efforts for M&A transactions, refinancing initiatives, and project development financing, meticulously evaluating technical, financial, and contractual documents to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance. PV Technical Expertise: Provide specialized technical insight to support M&A transactions and technical due diligence, ensuring the integrity and viability of solar assets. Bankability Studies: Conduct comprehensive bankability studies to assess the financial viability of projects and technologies, addressing technical concerns and mitigating risks. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks, offering strategic guidance and insights on disruptive technologies like agri-voltaics, floating PV, and energy storage. Autonomous Investigation: Conduct independent studies and analyses to stay ahead of innovation in the photovoltaic sector. Strategic Advisory: Offer top-tier guidance to clients through technical and economic analyses, facilitating informed decision-making. Innovative Solutions: Develop cutting-edge solutions to address market challenges and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications Extensive experience in the photovoltaic solar energy sector, with established expertise in market analysis and consultancy. Fluency in written and spoken French and English (C1 level). Mastery of IT tools, statistical and data analysis skills. Strong teamwork and project management skills. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong client relationships. Creative and critical thinking. Effective workload management. Ability to set up an effective strategic market watch. Sharing industry insights news with the team and customers in a concise and user-friendly way. Keep up to date with the state of the art, take an active part in team-building and brainstorming sessions with the aim of developing innovative solutions and contributing to the growth of kilowattsol.
