Job Description

Scope of Role: This new member of the Power Efficiency Solutions South EMEA Team will play a key role in meeting or exceeding the annual targets at assigned customer accounts for a broad range of products serving the commercial refrigeration and high-performance HVAC markets. Since France is one of the leading markets in Europe, the goal is to grow sales in the region through relationships with OEMs, distributors, and installers Key Responsabilities: In this role, the person will have the opportunity to develop the French market with the clear objective of increasing sales by 30% year-over-year in specific highly innovative solutions developed by Regal Rexnord for the target markets. The final 3-year objective is to achieve over 30% market share in the HVAC segment, specifically in AHU, Fan Coil, IT Cooling, and Clean Rooms, with a sales profit percentage of 30% and above. Prepare yearly, quarterly, and monthly forecasts and SIOP planning for the 80/20 customers. Develop and maintain an opportunity funnel exceeding three times the current turnover and achieve a minimum success rate of 30%. Prepare and provide winning quotations to customers. Build and maintain a market map with clear and precise sales opportunities. Provide market insights to support internal Product Managers in developing new solutions or products as well as improving existing ones. Develop new customers aiming for market share gain. Required Experience / Skills: Experience working in the ventilation industry with specific experience in fans. Experience in manufacturing sector in mid/large size Corporation (most preferred) in the fields of HVC, Building Management Systems, commercial Refrigeration. Five years of sales experience in the critical components market or in the target market will be crucial for success. Proven experience in developing collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. Must have the passion, energy, and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Strong business & financial acumen with customer-focus. Value based selling approach. Market mapping and segmentation knowledge. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position. Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem area & potential solutions. Strong sales ability and closing skills. Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & result orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement. Customer focused with a passion for customer success. Strong presentation and communication skills. 80/20 skills and approach. Proper use of Office Automation tools to drive data analysis. Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Application especially Excel. Required Education/Qualifications: 5 years of sales experience. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Advanced degree preferred (MS Engineering, MBA). Travel: Up to 60% Language: Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Italian or German considered a plus
