Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined. Responsibilities Work closely with UK Construction Manager to ensure all site based activities adhere to project specific and local legislation Full EPC management on site - must have a site presence and hold qualities of a 'boots on the ground' kind of individual Ensure contractors adhere to all UK HSE legislation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to the Renewables or Construction industries, Solar experience highly desirable, site design, land development and land use permitting Knowledge of UK HSE legislation and CDM regulations Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
