Summary US Firm (salary £160k to £220k) Title: Financial Services Regulatory Associate Level: March 2025 NQs up to 4 PQE (0-4 PQE) Number of roles: x2 The Role As a member of the Financial Services Regulatory department, you will provide advice on: Governance and Compliance arrangements i.e. MiFID II and PRIIPS AIFMD and other legal instruments advice Assisting new businesses and organisations with processes, permissions and applications to ensure compliance with all rules, including FCA authorisations Regulatory matters concerning funds, including international and cross-border funds Some market abuse matters Regulation regarding other financial products Rule breach and enforcement advice The Firm The firm is a top tier US firm with an excellent reputation across the board. They are particularly well-regarded for their corporate, private equity, financial services, funds and dispute resolution work. Clients include US, European and international financial institutions, PE firms, hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors.
