Platform Engineering Lead

We're representing a Capital Markets Technology Solutions Provider in their URGENT hunt for an ambitious Senior-level Platform Engineer looking to step up into a Lead remit… This will initially be a 90% hands-on role, where you'll be given responsibility "to supercharge an already bleeding edge stack" and help the org scale at pace. You'll need subject matter expertise within the AWS ecosystem and IaC toolsets, confidence with Python and an understanding of relational databases. Industry experience within Fintech, Capital Markets (especially working with Quants or Front-Office teams), or even within a fast-paced, product-focused environment generally would set you apart here. - Hybrid working (London office) - £100k base w/20% bonus & package (opportunity for fast remit expansion and growth) - Opportunity for remit expansion and team growth The client has a straight-forward 3-stage interview process and are ideally looking for a start ASAP.
