Job Title : DevOps Team Lead Location : London (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) Anson McCade is excited to partner with a leading technology consultancy to find a talented DevOps Team Lead . This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, delivering secure, scalable, and innovative technical solutions within a Central Government environment. Candidates must hold SC Clearance to be eligible for this role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions while ensuring the highest security standards are continuously met. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. The ideal candidate will have the following: Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and database management. In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and the ability to proactively address potential risks. A proven track record in leading teams, guiding junior engineers, and promoting best practices.
