What you’ll be doing: Providing desktop support, both on-site and remotely, ensuring smooth operations for the company’s staff. Rolling out hardware and software to ensure seamless and up-to-date systems. Leading and collaborating on technical projects, gaining exposure to cutting-edge work in cyber security, cloud technologies, and networking. Supporting and maintaining infrastructure, including cloud administration, and taking ownership of an Azure environments. Writing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure clarity and continuity across the team. What you’ll need: Strong experience in Windows 11 desktop administration and Microsoft 365 administration . Solid cybersecurity skills, including familiarity with firewalls and networking . Proficiency in Azure , Windows Server , and VMware . Preferable experience in Microsoft Copilot , Data Loss Prevention , Sensitivity Labelling , Microsoft Purview , Power Automate , and PowerShell .
