IKL and ACS PMO Specialist

To support the Director of IKL and ACS in the following activities: Monitor the progress of activities contained in the Milano Cortina 2026 Games Master Schedule, managing the monitoring tools identified by the IOC and Milano Cortina 2026 (Smartsheet). Prepare Dashboard and Reporting to highlight the state of progress and detect any delays in achieving the milestones. Prepare high-quality slide decks and/or presentations in support of the other colleagues of the Planning and Coordination (PNC) and the IKL/ACS department. Support in arranging meetings with the IOC/IPC and with other related stakeholders. Develop and monitor detailed sub-schedules (Observers programme, Data Capture and Transfer of Knowledge, Accessibility projects, etc.) to ensure the timely achievement of the specific milestones. Constantly liaise with the other Project Managers of the Project Coordination Area, to ensure an appropriate flow of information and to align all the Functions involved in delivering a specific project/activity.
