Sales Engineer

Job Description: Office-based position, assisting with walk-in customers and managing client inquiries Attending site meetings to assess client needs and provide technical expertise Following up on orders, quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions Offering technical and product solutions to clients based on their requirements Providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster business growth Maintaining accurate records of interactions, orders, and quotations Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and product delivery Managing and tracking budgets and costs related to sales and projects Proactively identifying potential sales opportunities and addressing customer concerns Displaying initiative and taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision Ensuring all interactions are conducted in a professional, reliable, and customer-focused manner Skills & Experience: Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering (must have technical background or understanding of fans, pumps, and/or machines) Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Minimum requirements Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
