Accounts Payable Accountant

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant looking to bring your skills and expertise to a dynamic and growing organization? My client is seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to join their team. This role is based in Parktown North, Johannesburg North. Performance Areas & Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Management: Daily processing of invoices for expenses. Preparation of accounts payable reconciliations before payment. Analyze expenses to ensure validity and approval. Manage age analysis on a monthly basis. Execute weekly and monthly accounts payable payments. Update and maintain the debit order list. Vendor Master Data Maintenance: Establish and maintain communication with suppliers. Facilitate supplier applications and contracts. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience in a similar role. Experience working with Foreign Payments. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
