Project Manager

Project Manager 100% - Permanent or Long-Term Fixed-Term Contract Reporting directly to the Head of the Projects Department, your main tasks will be: Manage/lead, in collaboration with department heads, projects related to the technical department, ensuring compliance with deadlines, resources, quality, and budgets. Monitor and oversee the preparation of preliminary project documents, technical specifications, and public tender documents. Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and oversee adherence to regulations, certification processes, and authorities' requirements. Prepare various project meetings (steering committees, project monitoring, specific commissions). Identify and assess risks, propose and implement necessary actions. Coordinate and oversee project activities with various internal and external stakeholders. Ensure technical coordination of all specialised contractors and/or technical teams. Handle administrative and contractual aspects of various service providers. Your profile: HES/EPF Mechanical Engineer with recognised additional training in project management. Proven experience in managing teams and large-scale projects in the industry, with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in the maritime field with knowledge of Swiss or international standards and regulations. Knowledge of public procurement processes. Recognised leadership through interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to manage teams and budgets with a collaborative and dynamic approach. Fluency in French and English at C1 level (spoken and written) is required. German at B2 level is desired. Proven experience with complex and multidisciplinary project management software.
