As part of this growth, we are looking for a Solution Architect to support our activities in the Life Sciences sector. This key role will allow you to actively contribute to our projects in both national and international contexts, collaborating with a wide range of clients, including major players in the pharmaceutical sector (Big Pharma). About Your Role As a Solution Architect, you will play a central role in designing tailored technical solutions for our clients while actively participating in the bidding process and structuring our fixed-price service offerings. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our methods and tools to meet market demands. Main Responsibilities Analyze client needs and propose solutions that are tailored, innovative, and compliant with technical and regulatory requirements. Design and size custom technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams (technical experts, sales teams, etc.). Actively contribute to the writing and presentation of technical proposals in both national and international contexts. Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects into the execution phase. Develop standardized technical solutions to address recurring client needs. Conduct technological and regulatory monitoring to anticipate market trends and propose innovations. Your Profile Technical and Personal Skills Expertise in designing complex solutions, with a prerequisite in the Life Sciences sector, particularly in CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation), CSV (Computerized Systems Validation), or Engineering. Strong knowledge of specific regulations and standards (GxP, ISO, FDA, EMA, etc.). Experience in managing national and international bids. Experience working with clients in the Big Pharma sector is a significant advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Education and Experience Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. Significant experience (5 years) CQV, CSV or Engineering.
