Job Description: Administrative support for the sales team / Sales team support admin Mission start date: January 2025 Duration: 12 months Location: Paris, France Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 17:30 Lunch break: 1 hour per day Approximately 1 month of initial training on site, then teleworking 2 days remotely (Monday – Tuesday) / 3 days on site (Wednesday – Friday). The mission will consist of: Creation of customer accounts via our internal tools-Simple dispute processing in SAP Management of a generic mailbox Request for a quote to be sent to our customers Order to be unblocked and check prices Management of generic Oracle mailbox (customer requests to be processed) Software used: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook – Word – Excel, etc Excellent command of French, written and spoken Skills required: Experience in a similar role Sense of service Good work organization Initiative Rigor and precision Ability to listen Teamwork
