Take on Diverse and Rewarding Missions As a member of the Process Industrialisation team, you will provide expertise in one or more of the following fields: mechanics, automation, or lithium metal film manufacturing. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing, implementing, and coordinating the industrialization of new products or equipment. Writing process specifications for new equipment or modifications to existing equipment. Participating in supplier selection. Managing the implementation and industrialization of new products and/or equipment. Defining and managing test, validation, reception, and qualification plans. Validating technical choices (manufacturing methods, feasibility, reliability) by supervising manufacturing tests and trials. Providing technical expertise to production, quality, and maintenance teams. Ensuring technological and regulatory monitoring in your area of specialization (mechanics, automation, or lithium metal film manufacturing). Setting standards to be implemented in industrial processes. Integrating process modifications autonomously to meet continuous improvement goals. Specialised Focus Areas (Depending on Your Expertise) Mechanics : Provide mechanical expertise during process industrialization projects. Validate manufacturing methods and their industrial feasibility. Automation : Utilize automation tools such as Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, and See Electrical. Manage automation-related modifications and ensure process reliability. Lithium Metal Film Manufacturing : Leverage experience in processes like extrusion and lamination. Apply in-depth knowledge of lithium metal processes for industrial mass production. Profile Sought Mechanics/Automation : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac 5) or Bac 2 with significant experience in industrial mass production. Lithium Metal Film Manufacturing : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac 5) or Bac 2 with experience in metal film manufacturing (e.g., extrusion, lamination). Proficiency in industrial project management tools and Office software. CAD proficiency (e.g., SOLIDWORK) and experience with data vaults (e.g., PDM) for mechanical roles.
