Junior Designer

WEPURPLE, an integrated marketing and retail design agency, with offices in Paris, London, Singapore, Mexico, and Cape Town, is looking for a passionate and ambitious Designer to join its Parisian team. In a small team of 3, you will be the creative lead in a startup-like environment Our global team consists of 50 talented individuals, working together across multiple countries. Our clients are among the most renowned and respected premium and luxury brands worldwide, spanning the sectors of perfumes and cosmetics, wines and spirits, fashion, confectionery, and food service. We are experts in our field and passionate about what we do. As a Designer or Interior Architect, you will drive multiple merchandising and retail design projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with the Creative Direction team and international teams. Daily duties/responsibilities This position is responsible for: Leading multiple merchandising and retail design projects autonomously. From sketching to 3D rendering, effectively communicate and present your ideas to stakeholders of various levels. Coordinate the creation of retail concepts, including artistic direction and technical execution, while ensuring customer experience and commercial objectives. Present your ideas to clients in collaboration with the account manager. Qualification criteria This position requires: Degree in interior design or architecture. Previous experience in an agency or with a brand (full-time, internship, or apprenticeship) will be viewed favourably. Expertise in retail or merchandising concept creation. Proficiency in software: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, etc. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (clients and internal team are international). Fluent in French. Autonomous, confident, energetic, proactive, resourceful, creative, with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset. An interest in the wine and spirits market or beauty would be a plus (candidates must be comfortable working with alcohol brands and Maisons).
