AI engineer (cofounding team)

-You are joining the co-founding team, so this role has great equity options and no salary before at least 6 months- Tellem is a SaaS start-up revolutionizing how small and medium-sized businesses approach content marketing by offering automated, scalable solutions for content creation with AI, with our Multi-Agent Platform . As we enter this exciting launching phase, we’re seeking a strategic and skilled hands-on Chief AI Officer to help us build and scale our tech capabilities. We have a small team of 2 people working on the product (including the CTO) the CEO and a technical advisor. Responsibilities Technology Leadership : Define and execute the AI technical roadmap, aligning with business goals and growth objectives. Choose with the team which features of the roadmap to release first Operational Oversight : Create and build AI agents and a scalable multi-agents system from scratch using the best frameworks and platforms on the market and optimizing the infrastructure costs. Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to translate customer needs into actionable product features. Team Building and Management : Mentor a young technical team and work closely with the CTO to deploy the tool. Qualifications Entrepreneur Mindset: Ability to take risk for a project as we are launching the company. Ability to think strategically about technical solutions that address market needs and deliver competitive advantages. Proven Experience: 2 years in an AI role working with LLMs architectures, as a data scientist or an AI engineer, ideally within SaaS or B2B software. Operational Expertise: Strong operational AI background with experience in scaling systems and building reliable and efficient tech infrastructures Fluent French & English Understanding of the content marketing use cases is a strong plus PhD in an AI technical related field or any research background is a plus Offer Salary & Equity: no salary before at least 6 months, great equity options (Joining the co-founding team) Benefits: Flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth.
