Join a leading player in the event management industry, specialising in organising conferences, forums, and business networking for top executives in the finance and private equity sectors. Our mission: to connect decision-makers with opportunities As an International Account Executive , you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of international prospects (60% US, 40% EU), including influential players in the finance and private equity industries. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure client satisfaction while contributing to the successful planning and execution of our events. Reporting to the Acquisition Sales Manager Key Responsibilities Business development – Hunting focus: Identify, target and prospect new international clients and partners. Develop and execute a efficient hunting strategy to build a robust pipeline of prospects, leveraging tools such as CRM platforms, market research, and networking events. Collaborate with the data and lead generation manager in order to grow your pipeline. Utilize various channels (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, industry events) to generate interest and secure meetings Qualify and manage incoming leads. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed targets. Build a structured «tour plan» as part of a business trip: Prioritize key activities, such as meetings with prospects, attending relevant conferences, and visiting strategic partners. Negotiate deals with a focus on achieving win-win agreements that deliver value to both clients and the company. Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive sales pitches, customized proposals, and innovative solutions that address client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction. Collaborate with Account Management Teams for effective handover: Client introduction and transition Support, meetings, feedback loop…. Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, content) to ensure seamless event execution. Attend events onsite to manage client relations and maximize networking opportunities. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor emerging trends, new market developments, and competitive activities in the finance and private equity sectors to identify untapped opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performances and event outcomes. Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales,or business development, ideally in an international context. English Native. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Outbound Techniques: Expertise in cold outreach, prospect research, and lead qualification frameworks Knowledge of finance, private equity, or event management is a plus. Availability for travel (7/10 days for US – 2/3 days for Europe)
